Striving for something more than the dullness that their hometown offered, Columbus, Ohio’s Kill What I Adore emerged as a unique andunexpected staple in the heavy metal scene. Originally formed in the fall of 2004, the band has gone through several significant changes since, including the replacement of drummer KB and bassist Corey in early 2007. Now KWIA still enjoys the chance to write and record original heavy music while playing show after show for the craziest, most intense crowds the Midwest has to offer.Each member is truly invested in creating the tunes they themselves want tohear as well as throwing them down as brutal as humanly possible onstage. With Myspace alone, the band has received a tremendous response, generating almost 900,000 plays thus far.
