Maxwells Dead Recording In Glasgow
We are Maxwells Dead!, Weve been a band for about 4 years.. We didnt start getting anywhere until about 2 years ago. We are a Punk Rock Quartet from Monikie Village, but our hometown is also Carnoustie.
Our music has been descirbed by people as Punk/SkaPunk/StonerPunk/Fast/Crazy/Melodic/Upbeat/Danceable/
Idiotic/Original/Moshable
We love to play gigs, get wasted, record and songwrite! We play anywhere and we dont care if the crowd is big/small/fat/thin! We just wanna have fun!
On that note, there was one point where we were banned from everywhere in Carnoustie, but i think some have forgotten about us and let us play again, others havent! HA!
But We have played some amazing gigs and met loads of awsome new people, and some shit gigs and met loads of right cunts! But we try our best to keep everyone enjoying themselves, even if it doesnt work well still have fun!!
We are still wanting to go further with MD and play in more places and get ourselves more known. We have played in venues in Carnoustie, Dundee, Aberdeen, Monifeith, Arbroath, Broughty Ferry, Monikie and Glasgow.

We will hopefully have a song recorded just to say how much we hate them, or come see it live at one of our gigs!
We are probably the only punk band in Carnoustie..infact we are.
Jeffs a mad ass drummer, kinda like the drummer in the muppets!!
Russell likes to face his amp when playing solos! HA!
And Muzz will always have the bass below the waist!
