Hey! Welcome to my little corner of Myspace! First off, let me just say I'm a mom, first and always. I have 2 amazing sons and they are everything to me. They come first in my life. So, If you’ve got a problem with a woman who puts her kids above YOU or the party, then I’m not the woman for you. Don’t get me wrong, I always find time for myself and my interests, but their needs always come before mine.
I have a strong faith in God and have been blessed with a great family and the best friends I could ever ask for. I'm loyal to a fault. There's not much I wouldn't do for the people I love and care about. Not a pushover though. I always forgive, but I seldom forget. I have a regular job, but I also manage a local metal band, STRYCHNYNE. I love what I do. And I do it well. :DI love to watch football and basketball. I enjoy shooting pool and checking out the local music scene.
My sense of humor runs a little on the wicked & sarcastic side. I’m a bit of a smartass from time to time. I get along best with those who enjoy some playful banter every now and then. I’m not a material person. THINGS don’t mean much to me. My family and friends mean EVERYTHING to me. My closest friends have been so for more than 25 years... Not high-maintenance either. You’ll find me out and about with no makeup and my hair pulled back more often than not. I’m usually a little quiet when first meeting someone face to face. But once I start to get comfortable around you, that disappears pretty quickly. Lol
Not here looking for a one-night stand. But I’m not looking for “true love†either. I’d really just like to meet some people I can call up and say, “hey, there’s a great band playing tonight, let’s go check it out.†or, “this week has kicked my ass – let’s go grab a drink and shoot some pool.†I’ve got great friends, but most of them are married, can’t get a sitter or live too far away. Two of my closest friends are guys and I just seem to get along better with the male species. If we hit it off and BOTH decide we’d like to take it a little further, great. If not, I’m perfectly happy (and capable of ) just being friends.If you’re married, living with someone, or in a relationship of any kind… I’m NOT interested. One thing I’ve learned is that “If they’ll do it WITH you – they’ll do it TO you.†I’ve been on the other side of that coin and no way would I ever put someone else through it.Please don’t let your first message to me consist solely of the words, “What’s up?â€
It’s lazy and boring and um, it pretty much tells me you already have the answer to that question. (think about it) lolI don’t have a problem dating younger guys, but since my oldest son is pushing 18 – there IS such a thing as too young.Seeing your boxers, outside the bedroom, say, like in the middle of the mall, because your pants are sagging so low, is a TURN OFF. Same goes for Grillz.Long hair is a bonus though. :DIf you don’t have a picture and you’re not willing to send me one when you message me – I’m NOT going to respond. It’s not a matter of judging someone by their appearance alone. I like to be able to “see†who I’m talking to. I have no way of knowing if you’re the creepy drunk who hangs around outside the convenience store or if you’re the father of one of my son’s friends. (talk about AWKWARD. Lol) You have the advantage of deciding whether or not to contact me based on my words AND my pic… I’m just asking for the same.I think that about covers it. If there’s anything else you’d like to know, just ask.
One more thing: Most of the people on my page are people I actually KNOW in "real life". I'm not a FRIEND COLLECTOR. So, if you don't wanna be here, or you're one of those people who gets the ADD and then NEVER communicates again.... then don't bother with the REQUEST. All others are welcome. :D
