To start with, I can’t walk straight. Seriously, I gravitate toward other people. But once you look past that…well, I’ll start with the most obvious. I have two WONDERFUL kids! My son is 5 and my daughter is 3. They are just amazing! They bring me so much perspective in life and help me remember what it’s all about. They help me see the world through new eyes, like everything’s happening for the first time. And they always keep me laughing, which is one of my favorite things to do! Sometimes I laugh and/or smile so much that my cheeks start to hurt. And if I ever hang up on you while talking on the phone, it’s just my chubby cheeks. Therefore, it’s YOUR fault and not mine…would you people quit making me smile?! I love God and all that he has blessed me with. It’s an amazing realization to know that everything I am and ever will be is because of his design and my acknowledgement of it. I am old fashioned. I wish I could stay at home with the kids and cook, garden, can, sew, and all those other corny things. But we really do have a garden and I do can things like applesauce and zucchini relish. I suppose part of my old fashioned self makes me a sucker for a chivalrous man who sweeps me off my feet. Careful not to slam my leg in the door, though ;) Actually, that would probably make me laugh sooooo hard (after I got over the pain) But please…let’s not test that theory.
