Rachel D.J. White

I come from a musical family that has influenced me greatly. My father and his ten siblings all sing and most of them play the guitar. When I was younger I would pick up my father's guitar and play it, just strumming to find different, beautiful chords. My brother Chris influenced me as well, he started playing in bands in high school, my friend and I ended up as back up singers for his band. I bought my first guitar a few years ago when one of my friends was selling his so I thought, why not, I'll buy it. I started playing and found chords that sounded beautiful together and found the words through divine inspiration. After a while I started writing and singing and found that people really enjoyed my music. So now with the support of loving family and friends I continue to play my guitar, write, and sing. I am currently writing new material for the next cd so I will be recording soon. Many people have inspired me to create, I hope I can pass along some inspiration as well.
