My life thus far (Cliffs Notes version): I was born in 1980 in Palm Bay, FL. My birthday is in August, so that makes me a Leo! I moved to Reston, VA when I was four and lived there for three years. Then I moved a few miles away to Herndon, VA, where I lived for about a year. When I was nine, my family moved back to Florida - this time to Satellite Beach. I stayed in Satellite Beach until I graduated from Satellite High School in 1998. From there, it was off to Florida State University (Go 'Noles!) in Tallahassee, where I majored in Computer Science.
I moved back to Satellite Beach briefly after I graduated, but these days I'm living in Tallahassee again. I work for the state and do various data mining and analysis projects. In my free time I like to relax with my dog, Phoebe, watch a good TV show or movie, or read an interesting book. I also love to travel and if I could afford it, I think I'd be happy just wandering from state to state (or, even better - country to country), seeing the sights.
I've had a LiveJournal account for a while now - I thought perhaps writing about my life would force me to actually do new and interesting things. It has. :-) I've had a lot of fun and met many interesting people along the way! Can't ask for much more than that. After enjoying LJ so much, I decided to start a MySpace page.
