I could go on and on but the full would still never be told. So, i'll sum it up in a nutshell by saying, I mainly concentrate on my work, which I try to keep balanced with a decent amount of travel and a bit of leisure. I now work as the sous chef of the Bazaar by Jose Andres at the SLS Hotel in Beverly Hills.
