To provide good quality service at a reasonable price and with a quick response time to all his customers. GRM is able to do all of this by following three basic principles.1.) Staying local- we service Rochester and Monroe county and surrounding towns only. We are never more then an hour away from any job or customer.2.) We work on a set schedule- Monday- Friday 8:00- 4:30 Saturdays and evenings are left for estimates and emergency service calls only. With our scheduled work day being done at 4:30 you can always count on GRM for emergency service after that time. We will get you up and running and make temporary repairs for the evening and if nesseary schedule a return trip to complete our work if we can not finish on that day. You will not be left in the dark3.) All our work is done to current NEC and building codes. We use only the highest quality parts and materials and we hire only skilled employees who are qualified to do the job.
