I’m a writer, focusing mainly on the darker aspects of human nature and the human condition (always terminal). My various and shapely bags include fantasy, science fiction, horror, and generally anything you can think of, except maybe those bodice rippers your grandma likes to read (but give me time). I just finished my first novel, a fantasy epic that questions the nature of power and loyalty. Other evidence of a skewed mentality is forthcoming.
When not writing, I study literature (gasp) at the University of Oklahoma, but I don't let it go to my head (though that is where I keep it). My love for genre fiction is a dirty little secret. If they find out, they'll revoke my pretension privileges, but I like to live dangerously (hence the shameful confession).
