About Me

I am an interesting character. At times, I am very quiet and shy. Other times I can be outgoing and funny. But, all the time, I am me.I am a martial artist. I study White Crane Silat. It's a style developed in the 1950's by a Indonesian guerrilla fighter. It has lineage to the Wu-Dang, Omei, and Northern and Southern Shaolin Temples. It has other lineages, but the only other one I know is from a Mongol warlord.I am looking to be able to go to Indonesia and train with the masters soon. Hopefully within a year.Right now, I am currently unemployed, looking for a job that'll get me through this year. But, collecting unemployment has its advantages too. Do nothing and getting paid is nice.I go to a vocational school, going for an accounting certificate. I find I like business as a "field" to get into. I have taken a bunch of different classes, and found that accounting is what i like most about it.

My Interests

Soccer, martial arts, bowling, and friends. The occasional video game, going out to a club/bar, and other outings are very nice. A fascination I have that many know is I like going to museums and other places of such for the pure enjoyment of expanding my knowledge of the world.

I'd like to meet:

I'd like to meet people who are fun and outgoing, and are real. Real meaning they have integrity. Someone who won't belittle others, point out faults just for the hell of it, and also knows how and when to joke around.

Music:

Music is a form of enjoyment and entertainment of which I like to receive. It does not matter what style or genre of music is on, as long as it is good and I like it, I will listen to it. If I have never heard of the song, band, artist, or genre, I'll gladly give it a listen to, at least once.

Movies:

As you will see below, I have a very select liking of movies. Martial arts or sports movies I like the most. I like most comedies, some drama, lots of action, some romance, and definitely feel good movies.

Television:

Sports, sitcoms, and cartoons. Thats when I have the time to sit and watch. I wish I had cable though, or dish, or anything other than antenna. :(

Books:

I'm not a huge reader.If the book can keep my attention the whole time, and I'm not distracted, then I will probably read the whole book. The only other time I might read is if I had to for school. But that's not been the case sometimes..uhhumm. But to sum it up, books are not my thing, per se.
