I began my journey into music at the tender age of 7. At that age I discovered that within my family there were a few famous musicians (the Dazz Band circa 1970 til 1985). At eleven I told my fam what it is I wanted to do musically and from there I began entering talent shows, battles etc. The first group I was in was called "Lost Cause" and we took my hood by storm with the mentality that if you "was'nt us you aint shit" and would hold court on any strip that we heard that rappers would be. Due to enternal strife and misdirection we disbanned back in 1999. While recording my second solo effort I met Native and after about thirty or forty mixtape appearances we decided to form A.P.E City which was going to be the title of a mixtape that I was putting together at the time. I told Native what A.P.E City meant (Aquiring Percentages of Everything) and from there his aim was my aim. Success is the option for us at this point because when you are an A.PE anything is possible, the question is do you see your self as an A.P.E!
