Hello everyone, just thought i would take a moment to say THANK YOU ALL for the continued support and friendships. Thanks for continuing to rep IBS, and those who always stop me on the streets and say whats up! We are still waiting on responses from our past incident and will let you know what happends, as soon as i get info. Stay safe out there, stay steez-e!!

Hello everyone..
First we would like to take a moment, to thank all those whom have shown us support over the last 2 years. We thank all of our friends, our neighbors, and those who support the skateboarding scene in general.
I wish this note could contain nothing but good news, but unfortunately it doesn't. We have been keeping back some information for about two weeks now, since we where asked not to release this information just yet.
On November 3rd, 2008 shortly after our 2 yr Anniversary event, our shop was broken into, and was robbed for about 99% of our product. That means everything was gone. It was a sad scene to look at, as I personally walked into my empty shop for the first time. I couldn't believe my eyes, I couldn't believe something like this could even happened, even after the security measures we took to help. There is an ongoing investigation, so I cannot get to detailed on what happened, or what's going to happened. But I can say is this... Those who think they got away with this robbery, should really think twice about it, considering neighboring cameras catching the action, and fingerprints found at our store. Its just a matter of time now.
Personally I don't think those who stole our stuff, understand that Industry, is not just a skate shop, but a store for our community. Its a place to meet friends, or create new friendships. It doesn't matter if your down with Industry, we have always tried on getting all those who skate, to skate together at our events and enjoy the time. We try to help those who needed some friendly advice, or simply give you guys somewhere to call home, outside of your real home. Its sad that due to this unfortunate event, the shop will be closed.
Industry will be closed until further notice, and that can be from a few months, to maybe next year around summer time. There's a big process we need to get thru first, and trust me we where trying our best to get back up and running quickly. I can promise you all one thing, when Industry opens back up next year, it will be bigger, better, with a secret feature im sure many of you wouldn't expect. We have already started talking to all of our vendors and pro companies about our new shop, and what we are planning to do, and let me just say "its going to be epic".
We hope to have your continued support during the difficult process, and during the moments we will be closed. We apologize to all those whom count on us to be there, to all the supporters, and friends. But realize that all of your hard work isn't for nothing, its very much appreciated and we thank each and every one of you for your hard work and dedication.
If you have any questions feel free to send us a shout or comment, we will get back to you asap. Please dont ask us when exactly we will open, because at this moment we dont know. But again feel free to send over a msg.
