I am a runner and i like to make things. Some people think I'm nuts to run so much. Yet I think of it as a way from getting away from the world. When I'm on the road or track I don't have to listen to any one. It is so much as I am free. Most people don't under stand that part of me. I like to run. There are three types of running. One is competitive running where you train and strive to beat people, times, and records. I get much satisfaction from competiting in cross country and track. In track I run mainly the 800, yet I also help out with the mile or the 4x800. The second type of running is style. Looking good while doing it. The third type of running is free running. This is where true runners fall. Free running consist of running just to run with out anyone around to impress. This is must likly the time where I can think and be untoughed by others. I find comfort in free running. Where others heartbeat would go up, mine would settle down. SN: gladiator5546
