To begin with, my name is Nick Muncy. I just finished school at the International Culinary School-Art Institute of California and got my bachelor degree in culinary arts and restaurant management. I guess you can say school was a little more fun when you cook food. I just moved up to Windsor to work in healdsburg. I’m 170 pounds of danger. ha. I've been a competitive swimmer most of my life, So I do wear speedoes out in public... get over it... I try to avoid having the traditional guy-ish pale upper-legs and farmers tan. I play the guitar and sing, but you’ll probably never hear me. I really like the Foo Fighters, Pete Yorn and Ben Harper. My room is usually messy and I like shopping. Clothes are awesome and I tend to spend a lot at H&M. I can’t stand people who are racist. And I don’t like cottage cheese because it tastes and feels like I’ve already thrown it up. .
