D-Chill, secondo alias del dj-produttore Manuel b. meglio conosciuto come Digital Project; progetto intenso con la collaborazione dell'artista e cantante Paola Cordoni. Questo nuovo album è una proposta di un "paesaggio musicale" che spazia da sonorità chillout, ambient fino ad accurati suoni elettronici digitali e batterie elettro-acustiche, formosi pad che compongono sinuose atmosfere accompagnate da melodie vocali scritte ed interpretate da Paola Cordoni. Album facile ma penetrante, Voices sa ricompensare chi arriva a percepire il messaggio musicale in esso contenuto. Voices, è il primo ed efficace singolo, il secondo, My Life Goes By a seguire Hanging On ed Atmosferica, nei momenti più delicati nell'ascolto trasparente, rilassante, hanno sonorità ricercate e un forte dialogo tra autore e compositore sperimentando nuove fasi musicali dove l’elettronica ed arrangiamenti tradizionali coesistono in architetture irregolari. Voices viene definito il disco della "sperimentazione", con il quale si vogliono sottolineare gli obiettivi musicali dominati da una sobrietà logica e stilistica delle parti. È un lavoro musicalmente di stile.
