I dig and dig and dig my way, to where? I am not sure but soon someday I hope to find what I've been looking for. A looking glass I see myself standing in the wind upon a cliff that over looks desires deep with in. I search and search the valley's floor of my broken dreams for something real and tangible, but can not find a thing.
I crawl to where the earth has moved there lies a shallow grave. I reach for something lying there when suddenly it caves. The coldness seems to capture me and pull me underneath. I dig and dig and dig my way, to where, I cannot see. My eyes are shut, my hands, now hurt, from prying at the earth. A piece of glass, a bag of bones, the filthy rich reply 'you made your bed now lye in it, you get what you deserve.'

There's an ounce of apprehension as I make my way through day. A smidge of perspiration settled slightly on my face. A tiny bit of nervousness jitters through my veins. And the butterflies, they liven up and start to play their games. There's a chill in my spine, a feeling I wish wasn't there. I try to tell the whole damn world, but it doesn't seem to care. I ask myself this one last time, was it worth the pain? What honers have I gained since the day I cursed your name. I hate the things I said to you. I completely feel ashamed. I wish that I could take them back, and not have played that game. You are a dear and true friend. I just didn't want to see it then. I let the best of my emotions over look a friend.
