MC Manu

Fluke & Manu is the alignment of Flukeone and MC Manu, both stemming from romantic-dozy Heidelberg, one of the epicentres of German hiphop music.
Starting in the late 90s with a distinct style, tracks and demo-tapes were released along with their former crew members from "Cyborg Dynastie".
The style, either written, freestyle or performed live, conveyed much of early german hiphops esprit as to wickedness of rhymes, humor, and a certain distinct poetic meta-doodoo.
Flukeone originally stemming from Vienna (AUT) moved back there and combined forces with different musicians / producers from the Donau, built a vast archive of tracks of all different kinds in unnumerable collaborations, from which none has been officially released until the present day.
His first solo joint, which will have taken more than 10 years to come to full perfection, is to be released within 2010.
Meanwhile MC Manu went to Berlin and released his 2nd solo-album 'Geld Spielt Keine Rolle' in 2006 on Urban Dragon, getting into one of Germany's most vivid musical playgrounds. He and label-mate DJ Bulet formed "Funky Gentlemen", a publicly rarely appearing (live-)producing-ensemble, interpreting different kinds of funkiness.
At the same time, Manu kept firm ties to Flukeone and his local fellows, which brought them to finish a bunch of Vienna inspired recordings, of which the best are compiled to 'Fristlos Entlassen EP' .
