About Me

The name 'Early Hours' was coined after a night drinking with a mate. In our less-than-sober state, we thought it would be a laugh to write and record a rap tune based around our beverage of choice. And thus, the disgrace to music we named 'Brandy & Coke' was born! We decided 'Early Hours' was a decent name as it was around 3 in the morning when we put the finishing touches to our number one hit. After that, the name just kind of stuck (unlike the song which ended up in the bin!) And so, here we are now...

Influences: My life in general, anything I can relate to, original and innovative music, Kanye West, Missy Elliott, The Streets, Fun Lovin' Criminals, Ludacris, Slick Rick, DMX, Eminem, Rob Zombie, Bubba Sparxxx, D12, Goldie Lookin Chain, Jay-Z, Linkin Park, Nas, Obie Trice, Mitchell Brothers, MF Doom, Timbaland, Calvin Harris, Mattafix, Dr Dre. Anything original, different or just plain weird! Throw a bit of electro-pop in there for good measure
