David picked the guitar in 1968 and hasn't put it down since. He started playing bass shortly after he was asked to join the rhythm section for a teen swing group. His musical journey continued through college where he majored in music, and the journey continues today, playing solo gigs as "Roscoe"! David enjoys playing all styles of music, and was influenced at an early age by the musical styles of Roy Clark, Chuck Berry, The Ventures, the Beach Boys and Captain Geech and the Shrimp Shack Shooters. He has played bass and guitar in bands such as Chicago's Country, Southern Comfort, Roscoe, Revolver, KROW, Alibi and Ivory Blue.
