representing 1 year the orange coffee radioshow. 3 hours live with akiyuki tanno and st.bijoux on the berlin based radiostation twen.fm.

work at this moment very hard on my album and search some vocalists... :)

start with a little crew our new party calls "playground"

play my first "ableton" live set on 17.03. on our party

start a little bar series called "more fusion"

curv – agogo: a little bit of afro-latin-jazz-cheesieness here – you gotta love this tune. so does the crowd!
ye:solar – five: way to long since we released a new tune from berlin based trio ye:solar. this follow up of their sold out EP..s hithot and the remixes combines jazz, house and a bit of crazy reverse play leading into a weired jazztech-boogie.

Congratulations for this new wicked Ep, Karsten. Love it!. Curv keeps suprising me, and it is becoming one of my favorite producer. Fantastic Inverse Cinematics treatment of Basement Freaks track, and so cool to see another remixes of Ed & Stee tracks "Disciples". They will definitely be airplayed on my radioshow and will be on my record bag as all vinyl vibes stuff!"

scrabble: deep soulful house with a certain pop appeal. featuring the vocals of berlins so far best kept secret KNIXX.
killer: no matter if you love or hate adamski..s original it will be hard to resist this charming clubby bossa style cover. once again featuring the amazing young vocal talent KNIXX.
fuse: 7 minutes of dancefloor craziness taking you on a ride through straight and shuffled beats, naughty bass sounds, a bit of latin vibe with a slight acid touch and tons of groove.
cuban clowns: when CURV put this tune on myspace it took only a couple of hours to receive a a licensing request for the 8th edition of the well known brasilectro compilation series. now here..s your first chance to get this unique latin beauty on a vinyl 12“.

The Facts:
First remixes and reworks from this classic and sought after Afro Jazz LP recorded by Lou Blackburn & band, recently re-released on Sonorama! Six original tracks re-rubbed 32 years after their first release on the deleted Spiegelei label. The razor-sharp block party intro from Dr Rubberfunk (GPS London) - plus b-boy bonus beats - is followed by a version from Matt Flores & MC Glittershine (Combination), improving with a lot of bass and throwing dub plus ghettotech in the mix. Further breakbeats come from Curv (Vinyl Vibes Recordings), Palmreaders (Sonorama) and Bird (Liebe*Detail). volo nel cielo: is what could be called an old school nu jazz tune. the kind of music we loved dancing and listening to a couple of years ago when djs like mr. trby or jazzanova used to play it in the clubs. but hey ... who says that you always have to follow the latest trends? instead you better feel the south american melancholy as the violine comes in, meanwhile your feet get irresistibly carried away in direction to the dance floor, led by some shuffled afro beats.
we found this track to be more than lovely enough to give it a special limited-edition-one-sided-blue-vinyl treatment, putting an unique tune onto an exclusive format to be released on. and dancefloors from sydney to sao paulo allready confirmed this selection to be right ...
