From 2001 onwards I took a step back from music and gravitated back towards my other passions, Sport and Fitness, in the form of Running, Cycling and various Martial Arts - primarily Muay Thai, SPM Kung Fu and more recently Snowboarding.
In 2004/5 After several years doing the job unofficially with friends and friends of friends, I qualified as a Personal Trainer and started a Personal Training & Fitness Holiday company in Ibiza, TrIbiza in 2006.
