About Me

PFS are Russian Goth Scene Veterans who reinvented their own vision of Darkwave, Dark Ambient and Dark Electro in early 1996. Technicaly heavily inspired by early 90s experimental techno acts, they gave scene a new, fresh vision of what we call Modern Goth Music.
4 LP Releases (in Russia and US as well), numerous collaborations with experimental musicians all over the world, numerous EP/Mixes/Tributes/Compilations...
They shared the stage with such famous acts as Attrition, De/Vision, Diary Of Dreams, Deine Lakaien, Conevant, Endraum, Das Ich, Ayria, Minerve and Seelenzorn. Not to mention native acts like Stillife, Tehnologia, Requiem 4 FM, Dust Heaven, Recently Deceased, Sucht and many others...
Purple Fog Side - Could it Ever Be Expressed? - NOW IN STORES!
Shadowplay presents a brand new album of Russian darkwave/synth-goth scene veterans - Purple Fog Side. It will be out after seven years of silence since the last album, at the same day. Balancing on the edge of sometimes violent and straight-out cyber-aesthetics and melancholic melodism creates unique, almost full picture of moods of today's man. Besides dark and gloomy tones, this work can be marked for absence of suicidal tendencies and moods. Here great dancefloor bombs seamlessly co-exist with mellow ballads for evening loneliness. Apart the album tracks this release contains explosive mix by Haloed Ghost.
