Theodore "MINO" Gori is a drummer born in New York City and raised in New Jersey. His first "real gig" was with "The New World Orchestra" feat. Atilla Engin.The group was a popular world music big band having it's U.S. debut to a sold out crowd at New York City's Carnegie Hall. Later Mino crossed paths with grammy award winner Muzz Skillings, bassist of "Living Colour".They formed "Medicine Stick" in the late 90's. Alyson Palmer of "BETTY" performed with Medicine stick and soon Alyson asked Mino to join her group"BETTY". Betty has since then become a part of Showtimes "The L Word" writing the theme song for the show and appearing on several episodes. Mino has also been a long time member of New York's own Heather Greene Group, who's debut album "Five Dollar Dress" received four stars in Rolling Stone Magazine. Mino has also perfomed with Taj Mahal , Bradley Jones, Tom Petty, The Indigo Girls, Peter Paul and Mary, Kate Pierson of the B-52's, Nona Hendricks, Jane Sibbery, Pam Greir, The Tosca Strings, Bernie Reilly, Angelique Kidjo, Adam J.Williams of "Powerman 5000", Tony Salvatore, Dan Willis, Rich Sosinsky, Tony Sher, Troy Horne of "MOSES", Abe Fogle,Gregg Bendian, Lorenza Ponce, Scott Thomas and many others. Mino has also been working on his solo album "Hollywood Lockout" due out in '07.
