My taste in music is pretty eclectic although my heart really lies with 80's music. :) Some of my favorite recording artists of all time are: Duran Duran, David Bowie, Belle and Sebastian, the Beatles, Depeche Mode, Velvet Revolver, Speaker(FIRE), Split Enz/Crowded House, the Cure, INXS, Nat King Cole, George Winston, Sarah McLachlan, Rob Thomas, the Who, Rolling Stones, Van Morrison, Joy Division, Kate Bush, Sinead O'Connor, Peter Gabriel, Beck, Nick Drake, and Rick Springfield.
Favorite Movies: the Illusionist, Lady in the Water, Serendipity, Pride and Prejudice (BBC version), Big Fish, Lost in Translation, the Upside of Anger, I "heart" Huckabees, Valley Girl, The Philadelphia Story, Harry Potter movies, Office Space, Rent, Eddie Izzards - Dress to Kill (standup comedy routine), MASH, Groundhog Day, Back to the Future trilogy, Star Wars, A Night at the Roxbury, Arsenic and Old Lace, and A Knights Tale.
I don't watch much television.
Anything and everything I can get my hands on. Right now I'm reading a trashy, goofy,Regency romance novel. I love historical romance novels. Yeah that's right I said it, and I'm not ashamed either. :P
My mother. I wish she were still here. She was such a wonderful woman who was loving, funny, sarcastic and the glue that held my family together. I wish my children had been able to know her. Things have never really been the same since she died.
