I graduated from DeSales University in 2002 with my bachelors of the Arts in Television and Film. I moved back to my hometown where I graduated high school, from
North
Hills High School in 1995. North Hills is located just about 2 miles north of the city of Pittsburgh, PA. I have been a volunteer firefighter for the Laurel Gardens Fire Company since 1998.
I completed my Associates Degree in Communications Media at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, IUP for short. During my four years at IUP I was working towards a degree in communications media. During that time I took a year off from college to access my future goals in life. I started to realize that continuing at IUP would not be affective towards my dream career in the Television and possible Film field. So I decided rather then continuing my education at IUP towards a Bachelors in Communications it would be more beneficial to pursue a degree in just Television and Film. In January of 2000 I transferred to Allentown College of Saint Francis de Sales, which is an hour North of Philadelphia, PA. In January of 2001 they changed the name of the school to DeSales University. To me their program of studies for Television and Film is the best in PA.
Up until recently I had been freelancing for the Pennsylvania Cable Network . I've worked the 2003-2005 Pennsylvania Farm Show in Harrisburg, and have been on location to videograph Governor Ed Rendell and many other politicians throughout the commonwealth.
But I've always had the passion to be a firefighter as i said before I was a volunteer firefighter for the Laurel Gardens Volunteer Fire Company in Ross Township. Things have gotten a little more serious in the past 6 months as i have taken a career change and accepted a position as a Firefighter for the Pittsburgh Bureau of Fire in the City of Pittsburgh. My orginal career choice has now shifted to being my hobby and my hobby has become my career.
