About Me

The incarnation of FT13 had started back in 1998. I aquired some programs and started up a new hobby. I had no idea what i was doing, but being i had guitar, keyboard and drum playing background, i figured it was time to learn how to start recording into a PC instead of a 4-track, as i knew this would be "the way of the future", so to speak.
I busted out a demo in 1999 containing 5 songs that were really basic. Lots of samples and shit.
I had handed it to a friend of mine who enjoyed it and then jumped aboard and moved in with me to work on what would later become eLABoRATe, which was released in 2000 on New Leaf Records, a local record label in New Jersey (which no longer exists, thank god!)
After a horrible 3 year contract with New Leaf Records, i was free from my contract and i was able to do whatever i wanted.
I moved to Seattle in August of 2003 and started work on what would become The Great Disaster.
Upon completion of The Great Disaster, i left Seattle for a more quiet location in Omaha, NE, which is where i now reside, continuing work on the as yet unnamed 3rd album.

While not working on FT13, i can happily say that i was a major part of Unter Null for quite sometime as well as the keyboardist for Psyclon 9 for a bit. Im quite proud of what ive done with them and glad i got a chance to be a part of their "legacy".
The future is hard to tell what might happen with FT13, but from the very beginning, it was never about making money or touring or any of that. Its all about me having fun and making music that i like to make. It makes me happy that alot of others enjoy it, even tho, again, this is just my hobby.
The Great Disaster is finished and should be available when the cash becomes available to me.
Feel free to chat if youd like. Im not a stuck up musician like some others:

Sounds Like: Shit! hehe
No, but seriously, FT13 has been compared to really early industrial like Front 242, for example. But personally, i dont think i sound like anyone in particular. Every song on the first album, Elaborate, sounded different and i will keep with that "flow" onto the next one. Ive always hated limiting myself to one "genre" as i love so many styles.
The new album, The Great Disaster, is going in a slightly different direction as far as "sound" goes, but youll still hear what im all about.
