We Saw It Too! are a young fresh new band based in the North East and have built up quite a following round the area. We would mainly be described as a post pop punk rock band with influences such as Greenday, Blink 182, The Ataries and Brand New.
The band have been together for over 3 years aside from a recent change in the line up with a new drummer being added to the mix and have played gigs in Middlesbrough, Stockton, Billingham, Redcar, Saltburn, sunderland, Peterlee and Manchester, both headlining and supporting bands such as Budgie, Enter Shikari, Nerve and Cobain and johnny panic.

I have loved music ever since I can remember. In secondary school I was trained to play drums to grade 7. I am a self taught guitar and piano player, my biggest interest being in these two instruments.
Singing was something I just considered, people have not said Im crap so I will continue to do so until someone tells me otherwise!!
I write most of the lyrics for the band but encourage input from other members.
WE SAW IT TOO! is my musical life and I will continue to pursue it as far as it can possibly go.

I have grown up with music and have always had an interest in singing. I did my lcm (London College of music) exam when I went to college and got a distinction in grade 7.
People have encouraged me to further my singing career and thats were
WE SAW IT TOO! come in. I enjoy performing in musicals and do this outside the band. I also love to have an input into the lyrics and do so when I can.
I hope you enjoy listening to our music as much as I enjoying performing it.

Well I got my first guitar Christmas 2002 but didnt start playing until half way through the year when my dad asked if I wanted lessons.
I love a variety of music, my favourite bands are Brand New, the Early November and Finch.
I am currently studying a BTECH in Music which I hope will improve my performance skills and musical ability.
There is nothing better to me than music especially when I am playing live. Being in WE SAW IT TOO! Is the most important thing in my life along with family and friends so I am glad I can mix all my love into this band.

I have been a bass player for over two years now, i always loved the sound and look of ta bass and...........well lets be honnest i was to crap 2 play lead guitar lol. My influences include steve harris (iron maden) lets face it hes a livng ledgend and Cliff Burton (Former Metalica bassists) agen a ledgen sadly no longer with us and fle (chilly pepers) bt lets face it ther ablities far surpass mine lol.
I joined WE SAW IT TOO! in May 2004 when the band originally formed and have loved every minute of it. music is my life.
I am a full time student studying for a Foundation Degree in performing arts. My claim to fame is back in the late 1970s early 80s my cousin was the bass player in Whitespirit for those into the rock scene of that era will know was where Iron Maidens Janick Gers served his apprenticeship!!

Ben was made to play drums at an early age by his mother who was infatuated with Phil Collins. So much in fact Ben thought his father was the great Genesis drummer himself until the age 19.
Ben eventually started to like playing drums himself and decided to join a band. That went well for Ben for a bit until it all went wrong when Ben became addicted to annoying band members. Luckily for Ben another band called WE SAW IT TOO decided to give him a chance when they saw him performing wearing more make up than a Boro chav.
Ben is now ranked number 2 sweatiest band member behind Paul who still is on top. Ben has forgot how to play drums so now just hits them at random. However, rocks out while he does it.Taken from (Memoirs of Fallen Hero). Chapter 9. Wes Green Unseen.. Pg 342.
