Taekwon-do baby! I've been training since November 2004 and I love everything about it! but if i had to choose sparring is where its at, competition sparring kicks ass! I train ITF style you know punching to the head makes sense people! I train regularly and enjoy advancing my technique and generally conditioning myself to be a more efficient martial artist. I enjoy going to the gym and the odd crafty run goes down a treat as well! I'm always up for a laugh and enjoy watching loads of stand-up comedy e.g Ross Noble - what a legend! If you know me you'll be aware of my constant need for sarcy comments on anything and everything, plus the occasional random rambles that keep people looking at me in that lovingly but still quite confused fashion - happy days!I like football and support the Arsenal- go on the gunners!I enjoy going snowboarding and am starting to get the hang of it now so hitting the slopes is always good funI like bring around freinds and going clubbing etc.- your reading about a self-proclaimed dance-floor legend (thats painfully bad to the rest of you!)I'm also a star wars fan and I've got the plastic lightsabers to prove it! - the force is strong with this one

You can't go wrong with a bit of Madness. Good old lively cockney music never did anyone any harm. I also like some more heavy stuff- anything with a good sparring beat or work out tune!I have trouble identifying a genre of music but these are some of my favourite bands, i spose SKA/PUNK/METAL - Reel Big Fish, Sum 41, Linkin Park, Less Than Jake, Goldfinger, The Offspring, Bullet for my valentine, Zebrahead, The Futureheads, Yellowcard (the odd non emo songs)I like mostly rock or ska kind of music but my sony walkmans got a few crazy additions tucked in there!
I watch shit loads of films and I've got the DVDs to prove it! Any action or martial arts film goes down well and of course any legendary comedy films e.g Ace ventura, baseketball, dumb and dumber etc. You can't go wrong with any Jim Carrey filmI'm a big fan of the Bourne identity and supremacy as well- awesome films people awesome!.. width="425" height="350" .... width="425" height="350" ..
