About Me

Following in the footsteps of Ska and Rock n Roll from the 60s through to the 90s, The Arsenals emerge with there high energy and lyrically strong album Let Me In. Drummer Darren Edwards a.k.a Ska Man of The Arsenal Band, has stepped to the forefront as front man for The Arsenal Bands 2nd effort in ten years with the original members, backing up Darren Edwards with music, and contributing to the writing of the album."Let Me In", was created in memory of Walter Crash Morgan, the original founder of The Arsenals euphemistically known as The Arsenal Machine.The members included Dave Jackson ..s and Vocals, Mike St.Clair on Guitar, Dean Jarvis on Bass, Darren Edwards on Drums and Vocals, and last but not least, Jeff Holdip a.k.a Bobby Luge, Sound Engineer and Producer, all of whom can be found on Arsenals Debut effort "Stomp". The album was distributed by Moon Records, New York in 1995 with sales reaching 10,000 units in just 3 months.The Arsenal Band has performed numerous shows throughout Canada and New York State to sold-out audiences and still are a must see band after 12 years in the underground.With his strong presence and unique vocal style, Darren Edwards brings you into the summer of 2006 with something fresh for your ears, incorporated with conscious messages in the lyrical writing to all whose souls are open to a new sound in music. . The new Arsenal album was Executively Produced by Kevin Campbell,for Chat Bout Records, New York. The Album is heavily influenced by the traditional heart-pumping shows, and a straight forward vocal style reinforcing the sound associated with The Arsenals of the past.
