Robin KHEPERAH Kearse is a powerful speaker, arts-based educator, prolitic writer and record label veteran. She is currently featured in the award- winning documentary movie The Hip Hop Project, executive produced by Bruce Willis and Queen Latifah. Kheperah speaks regularly on a variety of issues, including: The global impact of hip hop as a culture, The power of women in hip hop, Parenting children of the hip hop generation and Using hip hop in the classroom as a positive transformational tool. Kheperah also conducts self-development workshops, and is currently developing content for audio books and satellite/web TV programming. Her well-rounded music industry experience includes A&R, Marketing, Promotion and Artist Development at record labels Def Jam, Sony Music and Arista Records/Bad Boy Entertainment, respectively. Kheperah has led numerous community programs focused on youth empowerment and positive alternatives to risky behavior. She continues to employ her resources and experience in urban music marketing and wholistic personal development to positively affect the lives of women, our nation’s youth and their communities.
