REVIEWS
"Morning in Paradise is an excellent debut from all angles - great musicianship with thorough heart-felt songwriting full of delicate harmonic and tempo changes, great hooks, crisp direct arrangements and obvious reverence for being part of the continuum of American music."- Evan Hodge www.AmericanaRoots.com
"Erik Janson's 'Morning In Paradise' proves that sophisticated arrangements and memorable lyrics can peacefully co-exist. The production is pristine, the songs are watertight, and Janson's ability to conjure up every possible flavor of pop would reek of showboating in the hands of a less genuine artist...If records like this ever become the norm, I'll be out of a job."

"Janson brings a lot to the table in his debut album. He mixes genres, jumping from pop laced with jazz to country-inspired folk. A strong vocalist...and captivating live performer, Janson could easily croon his way into many women's hearts as well as their iPods."
