Q Ballsilini- Born William Johnson in Greeneville, TN. on the 17th of December. Qball moved to Hilliard, FL directly after he was born, where his father is from. Hilliard is a small town just outside of Jacksonville, FL. He attended grade school in Hilliard for a couple years then moved back to Greeneville, TN after his parents split up. Over the years Q developed a love for rap music. While a lot of his friends toyed with rappin ,it became a passion for him and he took it very serious. Qball dropped out of high school in the 11th grade and moved to Atlanta, GA with hopes of making it big in music. He lived in Atlanta for 5 years in an area called Edgewood. While living in Atlanta Q worked and pushed his music but wasn’t successful .He decided to move back to Greeneville for the 2nd time in 2001 so he would be closer to his family. Growing up in all these places left Qball with a unique style and slang. Qball is 27 now .You can tell Qball is from the south but you can’t put your finger on where he is from just by listening to him. He started rappin when he was 13.Qball started making beats after his grandfather bought him his first keyboard at age 14"it was a Yamaha" Qball said. He was offered his first contract from 101 Ent in 2002 after opening up for Nappy Roots & Lil Zane.101 is a label owned by Terrance Camp. Qball was offered his 2nd contract by Goodie Mob Records in 2003 but turned it down also. Goodie mob and Qball could not come to a mutual agreement on the contract but are still good friends and there are no hard feelings.
