Secret Lies was born in September 2002, when Peter asked Jochen and Elian to start a band together... In Januari 2003 Tom joined the band on the bass. The four of them never really played together, due to circumstances Elian had to leave the band.That's when Hilke came into the picture. She had already worked with some of the bandmembers before and was the obvious choice for the job. Since then we've done a lot of gigs and even recorded a demo. In November 2005 Hilke announced she was ready to seek new adventures, but would remain with us until we found a suitable replacement.After searching long and hard, we were finally able to present our new vocalist Corin.
But that didn't work out how we thought it would and our paths seperated.
Then it was just the 3 of us (Peter, Tom and Selle). We tried to bring the music the best way we could. Never giving up the search we found Merel, she does all the singing now! Come and check it out sometime.
