THE HEROINE TWINS

WHEN IT IS NECESSARY, WE CAN PROGRAM OURSELVES

About Me

J ames Davies-Hale , King amongst men, Godlike figure of perfection, had a vision: a band of such musical brilliance that any listener’s brain would be turned inside-out by merely attempting to comprehend it. Unfortunately, due to his apparently all-consuming obsession with masturbation, all he managed to cobble together from the scraps of Somerset’s body of musicians was the band known as “The Heroine Twins” .
But hey, they’re pretty good anyway.
With Davies-Hale (known variously as James, Jim, Dave, Jizzle Dizzle-Hizzle, and whatever the hell anyone feels like) on vocals and guitar, the legendary Rory Smith showing off his crotch in a pair of incredibly tight jeans (and probably playing guitar every so often), bassist Ollie Elliott , who bears an irresistible likeness to- and probably is- some kind of neo-nazi skinhead, and drummer George Garratt , The Heroine Twins are… well, four people rather than two, apart from anything else, but more than that they are an amalgam of musical styles; a big gooey melting-pot of conceptualisation which sometimes explodes and makes a horrible mess, but also occasionally yields something good.
If you’ve made it thus far you’re probably relatively interested (two paragraphs is a long way, I know), and so you may care enough to know that The Twins will be producing their debut E.P. this February for your own sick uses.
