About Me

there once was a man named nate
he was moved by music
so he moved back
and he kept going backwards
until he really heard
peeling away the layers of a stout onion soul
sweet when cooked but strong enough to make you cry
born between a corn stalk and a soybean
a storm blew south so he followed that fiddle to gods country
just a rambling mountain he was
thinkin on an idea of stepping out
an arachaic revival
an unpluggin
and a juggling of original and oldtime goodtime rhyme
just for you and everyone

Doug and I playing some tunes at the Mast General Store in Valle Crucis. Our good friends John Turner and the Linefork Girls dancing it up. ahh yeah- we need to do that again.
