I'm a freelance musician with interests in tons of other academic fields as well. For some odd reason, I dig chemistry and physics and would love to get graduate degrees in all kinds of interesting things if only I had the time and money...le sigh...But since I cannot do those things at the moment, I play bass instead. Although recently I may have been spotted around town wielding either an acoustic guitar or cello. Still not sure if I am willing to fess up to playing both of those, but if you can present photographic evidence, I guess I will.I get to play with tons of fantastic musicians in Nashville and if you're one of them, thank you for allowing me the privilege. :-) With those people I have played everything from classical to jazz to R&B to rock to country and yes, even polka. It's been fun so far!
