Or Get Myspace CommentsIt's been awhile since I've filled this information in. Life has a way of constantly moving and changing rather like a long river. But unlike a river, life has no apparent beginning and no end, even we think we know when it began and when it seems to have ended. So my life has carried on. I'm older, my kids are older, I hope I've learned more but constantly hold myself posed as a question mark as I peer at myself through my own giant magnifying glass looking for and seeing all my flaws long before anyone else does. I've always been puzzled as to why when we make mistakes as adults that other people see the need to point the mistake out. Most of us aren't idiots and we've already been busy berating ourselves mentally. So when someone makes a mistake, I try to remember how I would feel and just offer a pat on the back and a "it's ok" to them hoping that it will shorten their self inflicted mental punishment and anguish. I still sing, but some of the members of my jazz band moved to different states leaving just the drummer and myself. Hard to sing jazz with just drums. I sing in a Christian band all the music is original and positive. We just recorded a CD and we hope to release it this Spring. Watch for it! Hopefully we'll have a name for our band before we release it... :) God is still the center of my life and the reason for my existence. Without Him, I would surely fade away. I am reading The Shack and have several books on standby; sitting on my nightstand, my hope chest, etc. That's it for now!
