Future Mrs. Eckholm's maid of honor

I was born in South Africa, and moved to Kentucky when I was 12. Dunkirk became my home when I was 16. I love Maryland, it is my favorite state. The state flower is the black eyed susan and I have a garden of them in my backyard. The state dog is the Chesapeake Bay Retriever, and I have 3 of them. One is named Ches, one Apeake, and the other is Bay. I love to play the harp and the fiddle, but my real passion is cooking. I went to culinary school in New York for one year and I can make some mean spare ribs.
