Aside from being an artist that recently started blossoming into an all- consuming need to create again - I love writing little short stories. I have been working on my all American novel- a sci-fi monster that I can't seem to wrap my jaws around.
The love of my life Eddie has given me many, many great gifts- Love that is intense, sensitivity and compassion for ongoing health concerns and ultimately support of my creativity even at my lowest low. We travel quite a bit because his job allows him to do so- but the piece de' resistance was our own 10 year anniversary trip this year to Switzerland /side trip- London. Again, we were able to touch the clouds ....a dream we had since our honeymoon in Scotland.
We have a small circle of incredible friends, not a clique crowd mind you, just intimate. We have our brother and sister Kitty bookends- Storm and Logan. Mainecoone kitkats adopted the Summer of 2004- after our 18 1/2 year old black Persian Tabytha passed away. Storm and Logan's nicknames are Tony and Carm because Logan (the boy) breathes loudly through his nose while he is eating, grunting and humming. We call them the twins now since they replaced the twins- (those of you that know me very well know what they replaced.....)
Typically as a NYC girl originally- I am often asked why did you move to Pennsylvania- most of my friends and family thought that Eddie and I would definitely wind up in a cute little loft somewhere in the east village....well that dream is not gone, just on hold- hey you never know! Loved Paris so much - need to live there just for a little while- need about 2 years or more.
It is very quiet up here in the mountains and haven't met anyone that doesn't jabber their entire life story in the first 5 minutes of meeting them. So I prefer solitude for now.
As a rule if you ask for my opinion make sure you want the truth- because I tend to speak the truth but sometimes the truth hurts. Stay true, live life to it's fullest and touch those clouds.................
