Hey! Where'd my gutter and downspout go. And while I'm at it, who turned out the lights? Thankfully, the tree fell down during the 4.7 seconds per day that my mind wasn't in that gutter, LOL
Well, it used to be a huge beautiful Redbud tree (perhaps the biggest in all of Springfield). That night I was freaking out and moving 2x12's from limbs that had fallen to limbs that were still attached. Once again, one of these limbs fell no less than about 5 seconds from me being under it. You can also see part of the awning from the night before.
Panic stricken, our hero (that's me, hehe) attempts to rush out the sliding door in the back of his er, um, castle(?) to rescue the beautiful maiden in the tower of aaaaahhhhhrrrrrggggg, but, lo and behold, a huge Bradford Pear tree blocked the way out. Our hero must find another way!

I have an extremely dry sense of humor that goes over most people's heads (either that or I'm not really funny at all). If you like Monty Python or Denis Leary, then you'll like my sense of humor and you should probably find me to be somewhat humorous.
I guess you could say I'm somewhat of a computer nerd - sans the thick glasses and pocket protector. I have a degree from SMSU (now Missouri State University) in Computer Information Systems with an emphasis on Application Development. After graduating, I decided that I hadn't had enough torture so I decided to take some classes at the Computer Institute and get some professional certifications. So far, Ive bagged the CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, and Microsoft Certified Professional designations (just in case you are one of the "logo-challenged" members of the internet comminuty). They are shown below for the "not-so-logo-challenged".
