I am here for Friends

About Me

I am Savanah, or Vanah, or Sav. Whichever suits your fancy.
I grew up in a very small town. It was dusty, and there was no point in washing your car. I rode my horse up and down the main street with my friends.
I go to school in a pretty small town.
I spend my time in a medium town.
Sometimes I move to another country.
I think my life is at a crossroads...things are changing and I'm not quite sure what's going on. I like to learn things the easy way, but I usually don't.

I am a lot of trouble.
I live with my cousin, and she's pretty cool.
My family loves me, and my friends are patient.
Sometimes I think I'm a pretty smart cat...others I know I'm hopelessly arrogant and impressively ignorant.
I ask a lot of questions.
I am dating a man I respect. He stands on integrity. Also, I really like that he isn't confusing like a girl...because I'm confusing enough for the both of us.
I'll read anything I can get my little hands on.
I reflect on my childhood a lot.
Life tends to take on the tone you choose paint it with.
I paint with joy.
There's nothing like knowing you're included, accepted, good-enough, and a part of it.
Some things come quickly and easily. Those things can be good, or great, even. But I reckon most wonderful, remarkable things take a lot of time and work. You can only get the best stuff the 'old fashioned way.' Don't believe me?
Try to get 'Patience' on the fly...
Thank God for forgiveness and reconciliation...without it I'd be short a lot of friends, family, and peace.
I've learned a lot in the past two years, but I don't seem to utilize my knowledge bank very often.
I just recently discovered that grown-ups don't know what's going on either.
I like reading and learning and sports. I also like being outside and having alone time.
There are a few things I don't particularly like in a person. I don't particularly like the 'victim mentality.' I don't like womanizers, and I don't like domineering women who disguise their power obsession with words like 'equality.'
I do like people who think before they speak, but rarely before they act.
I am an impulse shopper.
Have you met my sister? She is my compliment, and I want to be like her.
I know I have been loved.
I'm becoming something beautiful.
