@mospherixz consists of two dj producers:
Dj Rivmic
and Kevin Salisbury
Both hailing from Shrewsbury, Shropshire, they have been conjuring audio experiments since the turn of the millennium, and both have a chequered history in the dance music scene.
They both linked up in 1993 via the record shop that rivmic was running from an attic in his mates house, but it wasn't until rivmic returned back to Shrewsbury that they started making beatz together, there was an instant meeting of minds and @mospherixz was born.
It wasnt long until they had amassed a healthy number of tracks in lots of different styles, and they where asked to play at the Newtown festival in June 2002, where they played an hour long set which was really well received, @mospherixz plan to do more live performances in the future.
There sound can be hard atmospherical landscapes, to deep funky grooves, with the overall sound being futuristic drum n bass, they have been known to step in to house n techno territories, and nu skool breaks as well as reshaping a number of oldskool gems given the @mospherikal retouch.
