Influences:TRANCE PARTY VOL. 1 - This fine collection of trance classics is a must for casual listener and serious dance aficionado alike. Featuring such gems as Miss Jane's disembodied ingenue vocals on "It's a Fine Day" and Ian Van Dahl's ethereal "Castles in the Sky," TRANCE PARTY VOL.1 will recall the heady days of '90s warehouse raves for some and last weekend's hangover for others. It provides an irresistible dance beat sugar-coated with rarified instrumental concepts limited only by the imaginations of their creators.TRANCE PARTY VOL. 2 - Is a collection of trance delights that spans Europe, Russia and even North America. It's a wide-ranging, beat-consistent aggregation, encompassing DJ Encore's international mega-hit "I See Right Through To You," Mark Et Claude's bongo-propelled "Tremble," Darude's apocalyptic "Feel the Beat," and the Russian stylings of PPK, whose "Resurrection" conjures the essence of early-'90s synth pop. But it's a shame to split this album into its component parts; it functions best simply as a continuous, seamless soundtrack to the delights of sweaty dancing.TRANCE PARTY VOL. 3 - Sixteen commercial eurotrance songs slammed together in under sixty minutes might be the layman's description on Trance Party Volume 3 - but that is a gross oversimplification of the music contained on this brilliant pop CD. Looking past the obvious radio smashes like 4 Strings' "Diving," DJ Sammy's "Boys of Summer," and Lasgo's "Alone," there are others waiting to be discovered.TRANCE PARTY VOL. 4 - Is a wild addition to the past 3 volumes of the Trance Party series. Dance hits fills this disc of trance.TRANCE PARTY VOL. 5 - In comparison to its four predecessors, Trance Party Vol.5 is simply good. The melodies are very enjoyable and the transitions blend the tracks very well.TRANCE PARTY VOL. 6 - The sixth installment of the Trance Party series contains pumped up songs. The standouts are Avalon Superstar's "All My Love", Danielle Bollinger's (Mike Rizzo Global Mixshow Edit) of "Kiss The Sky", Akira's "Piece Of Heaven" and September's "Satellite". Thumbs down go to Cascada's "Bad Boy", D.H.T.'s "I Go Crazy", DeLorean's "Push It", Balm's "I Think I Love You", Lasgo's "Lying" and Ferry Corsten's "Fire". This collection will appeal to lover's of commercialized pop trance lovers.
