About Me

story of a veela.
My name iz Fleur Delcour, despite what ‘ou haf heard of me, I am very pleased to be among those who ‘ave been recorded in hiztory as The Golden Trio. I’m a wealthy French woman, and my life has been az Advturouz az ever.
A Quarter Veela and Pureblood Witch, Fleur Delacour was born and raised by her father whom is a respectable Frenchman and her mother who is a half-Veela named Apolline, from whom Fleur and her younger sister, Gabrielle, inherited their silvery-blonde hair, pale eyes, good looks, and ability to entrance men. In France, Fleur found her self attending Beauxbatons Academy of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
By Fleur’s Seventh year she was selected as one of the champions in the Triwizard Tournament for Beauxbatons, Fleur is initially aloof and unfriendly towards anyone and everyone. During the second task of the Tournament, was Fleur’s turning point, after failing to retrieve her younger sister Gabriella from the depths of the Black Lake, Harry Potter the youngest Hogwarts Champion sought the duty and saved Gabriella. In return Fleur’s attitude towards the school changed, and she became thankful and far more friendlier.
Fleur takes last place in the Triwizard Tournament, due to disguised Death Eater Barty Crouch, Jr. stunning her when she passes by the area of the maze that he is watching. She later takes a job at Gringotts, where she meets Bill Weasley, to whom she becomes engaged, to the initial dismay of Mrs. Weasley and Ginny.
Bill fights against a group of Death Eaters in Hogwarts near the end of Half-Blood Prince. He does not escape unscathed, as he is attacked by werewolf Fenrir Greyback. However, since Greyback is in his human form at the time of the attack, Bill suffers only partial lycanthropy contamination; according to Remus Lupin, who is also a werewolf, this is not enough to cause actual transformations, though Bill apparently develops a liking for "extremely rare" steaks and is left with a deeply scarred face. The wedding plans, however, remained unchanged; Fleur declares that she doesn't mind the scars while criticizing the English for overcooking their meat in any case; this attitude gains her a lot of respect from Bill's otherwise disapproving family, especially Mrs. Weasley. In The Deathly Hallows, Fleur and Bill take part in getting Harry escorted safely to The Burrow, and they witness Mad Eye Moody being killed by Voldemort himself. They announce this to everyone else when they return to the Burrow, leaving everyone in shock. The couple have their wedding at the Burrow, and some guests include Luna Lovegood and her father, as well as Viktor Krum, who was a fellow Tri-Wizard Champion along with Fleur and Harry. Death Eaters attack at the wedding reception, and Harry, Ron, and Hermione flee. The newlyweds later provide safe haven for the trio and for Luna Lovegood, Dean Thomas, Ollivander, and Griphook in Shell Cottage, their home, after the refugees narrowly escape Malfoy Manor. Both Bill and Fleur are combatants for the Order of the Phoenix during the Battle of Hogwarts, and both survive the battle. They go on to have several children, the oldest of whom, a daughter named Victoire, is seen to be involved with Teddy Lupin in the epilogue of the final book.
Veela [Vee-Lah]
Veela {Vee- lah } -noun;;
Liniage;; PureBlood Witch & Quarter Veela
Origniate;; Great-Grandmother
The Vila, Wila, Wili, or Veela are the Slavic versions of nymphs, who have power over storms, which they delight in sending down on lonely travelers. They are known to live in meadows, ponds, oceans, trees, and clouds (cf. Leimakids, Limnades, Oceanids, Dryads, Nephele). They can appear as swans, horses, wolves, or, of course, beautiful women.

In Polish mythology, the Wila (VEE-lah) and Serbian mythology Vila (VEE-lah) are believed to be female fairy-like spirits who live in the wilderness and sometimes clouds. They were believed to be the spirits of women who had been frivolous in their lifetimes and now floated between here and the afterlife. They sometimes appear as the swans, snakes, horses, falcons, or wolves that they can shapeshift into but usually appear as beautiful maidens, naked or dressed in white with long flowing hair.
It is said that if even one of these hairs is plucked, the Veela will die, or be forced to change back to her true shape. A human may gain the control of a Veela by stealing feathers from her wings. Once she gets them back, however, she will disappear.The voices of the Veela are as beautiful as the rest of them, and one who hears them loses all thoughts of food, drink or sleep, sometimes for days. Despite their feminine charms, however, the Veela are fierce warriors. The earth is said to shake when they do battle. They have healing and prophetic powers and are sometimes willing to help human beings. At other times they lure young men to dance with them, which according to their mood can be a very good or very bad thing for the lad. They ride on horses or deer when they hunt with their bows and arrows and will kill any man who defies them or breaks his word.

Home Sweet Home
The Weasley's home and also now joint by being the Potter’s and Delacour’s, known as The Burrow, is located in the village of Ottery St Catchpole, also the home of The Lovegoods and the Fawcetts. Amos Diggory also lives nearby.
The house has seven floors. It is dilapidated, managing to remain standing only by magic. Despite the house's rundown appearance the atmosphere and the family within turns into everyone’s favorite place, or another home, besides their own. The Burrow is surrounded by a well hidden orchard where past the orchard and small boundary trees is a muggle town.
The Small three bedroom two storied Shell cottage is where I was raised, being born and riased in the small family sized cottage is just as wonderful as The Burrow. The ocean is on the east side where the sun rises, and the beautiful rolling hils lay to the west, both scenaries are beautiful and magestic either at Sunrise, or sunset.
