About Me

I grew up in Oak Park, IL, which borders Chicago. Now that I'm an "adult," I live in Chicago, where I'm a professional musician. I'm known mainly as a pianist/keyboardist, but I can also be heard playing accordion and guitar, which I'm worse at, but enjoy just as much. I'm more or less a jazz musician/improviser, but I like almost every kind of music, including country. I also really hate it when people say they like every kind of music, so I'll add that I don't much care for most current pop music or really flashy '70s jazz-fusion (with the possible exception of the original line-up of the Mahavishnu Orchestra and anything involving Allan Holdsworth). My original music is featured in the group INFORMATION SUPERHIGHWAY.

Any publicity is good publicity.

The other day, I found myself, as many of us do, wasting lots of time doing nothing on the internet and thought it'd be fun to, in an all-too-common fit of self-centeredness, search for myself on the ...
