From humble beginnings Christian Maiden’s DJing career has gone from strength to strength. It began four years ago in Birmingham playing at free party’s around the city were Christian found his passion for house music. However in 2003 further studies beckoned for Christian and he moved to Leeds to attend University, it was during this time he witnessed the Leeds underground house scene first hand. It was visiting clubs such as Northern Light, MyHouse, Mint, and Warehouse that fueled his desire to become a professional DJ.
In the last three years Christian has managed to create his own style and sound which consists of a blend of percussive house and techno music. He showcases this sound at his own monthly night Twaddle (for more info click on the profile below)
As Christian has progressed through the years he has already played such esteemed nights such as Asylum & Technique, A'n'T, BacktoBasics, The Dirty Disco (afterparty), Mono_Cult, Twaddle, Ketoloco and many more. Whilst already holding residencies at Twaddle, MindTheGap, Soapbox and most recently Technique the biggest underground night in the north.
When not playing on his own Christian plays with fellow DJ Tim Stone which form CTMS (for more info on them click on their profile below). CTMS won acclaim at a very early stage of their career by winning a DJmag competition out of 6000 entrants for best new promo cd, this winning them a slot at the legendary BacktoBasics.
Christian has now also entered into the production side, forming a duo named “Outre†with friend and musician Luke Baxter whom you’ll be hearing more releases from very soon. A bright future is already predicted for Christian as he has already been billed alongside artists such as Magda, Anja Schneider, Justin Drake, Kabale und Liebe, Trickski, Donk Boys, Andre Crom, Lee Mortimer, Matt Tolfrey, Barem, Audio Werner, Matthew Styles, Marc Ashken, Neil Bainbridge, DNCN, Bigger Than Jesus, Tom Ellis, Trimsound Live, Chris Duckenfield, MOSSA, Guillamme and The Coutu Dumonts, Lauhaus and many more.

To describe myself i would have to say im happy most of the time, easily approachable and up for a laugh all the time (trying to make this not sound like a dating column).
