On May 17th 1985 in South London a star was born. GiftoftheGab real name Gabriel Akinosho, first started rapping at the age of 14 and soon became a notorious hip hop MC in his area due to his witty punchlines and invigorating flow. The East London MC/Producer has definantly done his ground work, working with aclaimed artist and producers from both the Hip Hop and Grime Scene; Jammer; Plan B; Bigga Man and Te1 are just a few of them. Musically, GiftoftheGab is on a mission, trying to bring Hip Hop back to the way he remembers it being. GiftoftheGab has 3 projects in the pipeline due for release at different times in the next 12 months. One of which is a mixtape with his longtime friend and parter in rhyme Rebel I 1 called "Daily News", E.T.A: April. Another project on the way is an album with North West producer Te1. And lastly a prelude mixtape, a warm up for the album due for an early 2007 release.
