Too many and too varied to list:
I would really like a Minnesotan accent, or at least something other than the boring brogue of the Pacific Northwest. Lots of people call me a "muscle bear"...woof... but I'm not even close to earning that distinction. I work hard, however, to earn the esteemed title of "Adonis". I'm technically an artist at heart and a decent people person, just figuring my life out one stage at a time and trying to have fun the best I know how.
I'd like to meet Anna Farris, Amanda Bynes, Rachel McAdams and these fellows...
I love music...PERIOD. However, to list a few fav's: The Knife, Killswitch Engage, Metric, Archenemy, Jojo, Saosin, Miss Kitten & The Hacker, Circa Survive, M.I.A., The Bled, Bloc Party, Missy Elliot, Imogen Heap, Shiny Toy Guns, Mariah Carey, Muse, The Used, Tegan and Sara, Arcade Fire, Peaches, The Mars Volta, Bjork, Ladytron, Pat Benetar, Kelly Clarkson, Fischerspooner, Goldfrapp, Le Tigre, The Start, Portishead, Ratatat, Duran Duran, Depeche Mode, DJ Tiesto, The Faint, Bright Eyes, Deathcab, Radiohead, RENT, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, NIN, The Flaming Lips, Madonna, Kris Kross, Tears for Fears, Billy Idol, Simon and Garfunkel, Warrant, Poison, Whitesnake, movie scores like Braveheart and LOTR. I even own a cd by Mary Schneider (The Australian Queen of Yodeling) Holla!
Party Monster, Domino, Hotel Rwanda, City of God, Rize, Mean Girls, Finding Nemo, The Incredibles, Sin City, Drop Dead Gorgeous, Requiem For a Dream, Hedwig and the Angry Inch, Nightmare on Elm Street, Where the Day Takes You, KIDS, Encino Man, LOTR, Lost Boys, Basketball Diaries, Rudy, Saving Private Ryan, Platoon, Natural Born Killers, Texas Chainsaw Massacre, The Last Samurai, Empire Records, Donnie Darko, Boondock Saints, Bridget Jones Diary, The Usual Suspects, Braveheart, Goonies, Evil Dead, Little Mermaid, The Last Unicorn, The Breakfast Club, Cool Hand Luke, Moulin Rouge, Aliens.
I honestly don't own a tv anymore, so I never watch it, but when I can I occassionally watch King of Queens. I used to like Nip/Tuck, Yu-gi-oh, and some of the standard tv fare. Now I really consider it a waste of time and read books instead...what a nerd!
Pilgrim's Progress, Paradise Lost, anything by Charles Dickens, Anton Chekhov, Feodor Dostoevsky, Orson Scott Card, Bill Bryson, George Orwell, Ray Bradbury, IT, The Stand, Go Ask Alice, Vampire Chronicles, Eye of the World series, Invisible Man, The Agony and the Ecstacy, Doctor Zhivago, Night, The Crucible and the list goes on. I honestly own too many books to ever read, but I keep on buying more. ..
Heroes are what we make them. My heroes of the moment are the Club Kids of the 80's, bless their innocent, drug-addled souls... .. .. .. ..
