Formed in the late 90's in Paris suburb, France. After three years of regular rehearsals, Glycerine's three founding members started to perform onstage; they did openings gigs for Les Amis d'ta femme, Sanseverino, Monsieur Lune, recorded their first e.p. ... and c'est le drame : a violonist joined the band in 2004.
This didn't discourage the musicians, and they did some other shows (including an opening for Raoul Petite).
Glycerine stands somewhere between melancholia and energy, looking for the line, exploring the contrast of the acoustic violin sound and the raw, loud guitars.

Glycerine a joué pendant quelques années en banlieue parisienne, où les premières armes ont été forgées : premières parties de Sanseverino, Les Amis d'ta femme, Monsieur Lune, Raoul Petite... et l'enregistrement d'un ep - 5 titres.
Un second ep - 6 titres (son brouillon, du moins) a été mis en boite à la mimine en 2005/2006. Un jour en libre téléchargement sur notre site...
