About Me

I moved to Miami from NYC 6 1/2 years ago. There's definitely worse places to live, but I'm a city girl at heart. The beach is great, but nothing beats NY. I've been blessed to find some really amazing friends here, which as most can imagine, it's hard to do in South Beach. I don't see myself staying here forever, but I have a job that I love and I don't really miss the winters up north (ok, maybe a little). I do however miss my family, whom I'm very close with, and my friends. Most nights I'm at work, so on the rare occasion I have a night off, I prefer to go to dinner with friends or stay home with my dogs and watch a movie. I enjoy doing anything that keeps me out of trouble :-)Get Online Now Icons

Television:

I wish that Sex and the City was still on, but since it's not I've had to resort to watching the series on DVD. Otherwise, I love The Shield, any of the CSI's, Nip/Tuck, Grey's Anatomy, Desperate Houswives, House and American Idol.

Books:

I can get caught up in any good mystery. Flaubert's 'Madame Bovary', is one of my all time favorites. I love Baudelaire and Rimbaud, Bukowski, Blake. Actually, I wish I had more time to read.

Heroes:

Of course my parents and since the sibling rivalry is over, my brother...he's a lot smarter then I thought :)
